Made-to-Order Products
At Midnight Tuner Apparel, all our products are made-to-order. This means each item is uniquely produced once an order is placed. As such, we do not support returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or a full refund. To initiate this process:

Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Evidence: Provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Multiple Items: If multiple products with the same design are affected, include a photo or video showing all items in one frame.
Please note that minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are within acceptable tolerance and not considered defects.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (for U.S. orders), please contact us. We'll investigate and, if deemed lost in transit, offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
